Shipping Policy

At RxA Café, all orders are roasted fresh and shipped directly from our U.S. roasting partner through DripShipper.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

• Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 5–7 business days after processing.

• Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination within the U.S.

Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Once an order leaves our roasting facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. RxA Café is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

• If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses

• Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We cannot replace or reship orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.
